Organizational Policies
The undertaking of project activities complies with the rules, guidelines, regulations, and policies of the country (Tanzania).

Organizational Strategies
The Organisation will employ the following strategies on which activities will be carried out to reach the objectives;

Organizational Relevance
The outcome of the organisation projects is expected to have a positive impact to the community.

Strategic Alliance (Networking)
The Organisation will interact with other NGOs with the common goal in Simanjiro District (eg. Network Against Female Genital Mutilation - NAFGEM).

Cooperation
The Organisation team will cooperate hand in hand with the community, Government, donors, and other stakeholders

Collaboration
The organisation will collaborate with other Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) located in Simanjiro District (eg NAFGEM), the Local Government, and other stakeholders who will be willing to devote themselves to the project activities in the organisation.
